The Nürburgring Endurance Series, NES for short, will not hold any races in the 2025 season. The NES will not make use of the option to hold endurance races at the Nürburgring in 2025. The NES has made this decision in the interests of endurance motorsport and the teams. Nürburgring 1927 GmbH Co KG announced on Friday, August 30, that the Nürburgring and the VLN, the organizer of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS), had agreed on a contract for 2025. The 2025 season will comprise nine races over eight weekends. About NES, the press release states: “In the interests of endurance motorsport and the teams, the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NES) has made the decision not to exercise the option to hold races in 2025.” The provisional Nürburgring calendar for 2025 is to be presented this week (September 2 to 6).
